HOME pays homage; to the delicate process of finding a home, to the adventures, accidents, moments, boredom, love, pain and joy that delivers us there.
For some, home is rooted in one place, and always has been. For others, home shifts with time.
HOME opens with a prelude. The themes threading through the album all make their debut. Prelude allows me a moment to honor the memories which brought me here, to Home.
Memories dark and light, memories which fill me with sadness and memories which make me yearn for something lost, memories which are sweet and blissful and will never leave me. Prelude speaks of a time that was driven by a search for home; always looking outward.
